Breakwater Split - Floating Frame

"Breakwater Split" was shot at Lighthouse Beach in Evanston. I used a fisheye lens to get the wide field of view. Fisheye lenses have a large amount of distortion — they usually look very rounded. But with this piece, I corrected the distortion rendering the image looking more "real" looking. The perspective is different, and it often throws people a bit when they first look at it.
