I Can't Focus

Sometimes I get overwhelmed by my racing thoughts… 

They just creep into my head without wanting them.

I can't remember things when I feel overwhelmed...

Do I have short term memory or am I just not paying attention?

Suddenly, I can’t focus.

Is there no way out of the mind?

This piece is a part of my ADHD concentration! I also personally hand stretched this canvas.
