More than an Art Shop

Our mission at Evanston Made is to connect our artists with the public and to provide opportunities for the career growth of our member artists.  We love being able to share their talent with fans, new and old.  

Having a home base/beautiful space to share has been a long time coming, and we're thrilled to share why we think this is much more than an "art store". 

In addition to sharing a curated, constantly evolving, collection of art from local artists, here are some things you might not know about us and the services we offer.

1- We have over 350 member artists creating original art in every medium.

2- We have an online platform, shopevanstonmade.org featuring our member's art for sale with free delivery in a 10 mile radius.  (celebrating it's 5th year this fall).

3- We can connect our clients directly with artists for commissions, studio visits or just to meet the artist.

4- We can offer customers the option of viewing large or more complex work from our online platform in person, in our shop.

5- We also offer to work with artists for special requests, special sizes or other specific questions and requests.

6- We have a dedicated Ipad in store for browsing artists' work that is not in the storefront.

7- We plan to host artist talks, demonstrations and trunk shows in our space.

8- We will be scheduling Professional Development for our members starting soon.

9- We curate art on the walls of 7 Art in Business partners around Evanston with art rotating every 60 days.  Art from those artists is also featured in our shop and available online under "Currently on Exhibit" on our main menu.

10- Our Holiday Market will be at 822 Dempster launching in November instead of our usual 12 day surprise location pop up.
