Where sparkle meets the pumpkin patch.

I learned to make appliqués thanks to a fellow crochet artist, who suggested I try adding them to my cup cozies. I gave it a go and got hooked (pun intended!) Before long, I was adding appliqués to all manner of things! This collection brings together two of my favorite things: a handmade pumpkin appliqué and a strand of sparkle yarn. They began as a Halloween idea, but a little pumpkin and a lot of sparkle are too good to pack away after October 31st, so they're fall season sipping.

Each one is hand-crafted, crocheted with two strands of yarn, one of them sparkle yarn, so it catches the light and gives the whole piece a little glow. It's finished with a handmade orange pumpkin appliqué and slips right over your cup to keep your hands comfortable and your drink warm a little longer. Every time you skip the paper sleeve, you save a little paper and add a lot more personality to your beverage.
