I start by painting with alcohol inks on large sheets of yupo paper. I have cut the paper into strips and arranged it into a design that is my interpretation of a rainbow. Inspired by the quote "Try to be the rainbow in someone's cloud," by Maya Angelou.
This has been mated in black and is framed in a black frame with plexiglass. Signed. Measures approximately 16" x 20". The design measures 10.5” x 13.5”.
