I'm drawn to paintings that reward a slower look. Rather than striving for perfection, I hope to capture the atmosphere of a moment—the way light settles across petals, glass, and linen, and how familiar objects can take on a quiet sense of significance. Like many of the traditional painters who inspire me, I'm interested in creating work that invites reflection and leaves room for the viewer's own interpretation.
