Lisbon, Portugal is where my husband grew up. We visit every other year. The light, colors and textures of the buildings are interesting, and I enjoy painting them. The wires that criss-cross in the sky make abstract negative spaces in the sky. This is a slice of life genre scene of locals hanging out their laundry to dry. The Train is #28, a famous cable car, that we rode around the city. Lisbon is very hilly, like San Francisco.
