Coffee Lab in Evanston has a little piece of my heart. I met the owner, Daniel Aquino, about 5 years ago and we've been partnering on selling art ever since. I remember feeling very lucky to have met such a generous and kind person that wanted to offer me a small space in their shop. Thank you to the whole Coffee Lab crew for a supportive community vibe for artists and makers.

This hand-drawn design was created digitally on a tablet with the Apple pencil stylus. It includes about 50+ layers of yummy paintbrush strokes, texture and line work. 

I've spent around 20 years perfecting my craft with physical inks and fine tip brushes. I have also very much enjoyed the digital realm, the last 5 years. It takes around 10 hours of work detailing all the little things you see here. Thanks for looking!
