This item is a handcrafted bow knife (bagel knife/sourdough knife).  It is made to cut breads into evenly sliced pieces.  This knife is fashioned from a solid wood handle made of Silver Maple wood and carbon steel blade, this bow knife is meticulous crafted to last a long time. 

It measures approximately 17" long, approximately 1/2" thick and approximately 4" wide.
